It made my trip to San Antonio a pleasant experience. I stayed here 25 nights and I loved it. Everyone was amicable and accommodating.
The breakfast they served was disgusting, hope one day it will be way much better.
Continental breakfast included the most tasty cereals and toast. Incredible and marvellous location close to El Mercado.
Shame the bathroom was very small.

the room was airy and the staff very amiable. glorious view of lake. a huge variety of perfect food for continental breakfast. location next to - the shopping center and main attractions. its pool was amazing, we chilled out there when it was beautiful outside.
I had exceptional days staying at this smoking hotel. The best location, calm staff, above average breakfast. Liked the garden restaurant. Relaxing view, a nice balcony, incredible bed, too. The easy check-in process too.
Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was awful.
Such a great experience. The pool was good and the staff was pleasant! The room was cosy with exceptionally comfortable beds. Food was fab and I loved cereals and toast.
The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL and the stay certainly was great value. It was spotless, warm enough room. The specialties were excellent and served in the excellent restaurant.
Unusual hotel, great service & excellent staff. Nice beds, free WiFi, air conditioner and microwave were a nice touch. Swim-up bar was nice and spotless. Apart from that, a modern museum was 5 minutes away by driving.
It was great value among other available hotels in San Antonio. All in all very pretty setting. Pet-friendly, reasonably priced room with a fridge, refrigerator, microwave.
It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.
i appreciated second to none rooms and location, and so much more. the interior was original, included modern furniture. there was a great restaurant, a shopping mall and a market next door. truly memorable stay in the good area.
Rather good breakfast, tidy family room. Big suite and soft bed. The staff did all they can for a very nice stay. The hotel was in a busy area...

What a fancy hotel! Convenient & very neat rooms. I liked the lunch in ranchero grill & tap easy walk to the venue. Reasonably clean place and outstanding service. My stay here was awesome!
Very affordable hotel with decent prices, everything was so perfect. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. Great stay in this downtown area. I truly enjoyed the very easy location, within 24 minutes ride to San Antonio International airport
